What is the Kingdom?

In Luke 12:32 Jesus says, "Fear not, little flock,

for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." (ESV)

But what is the kingdom that God will give us?

Well, it is a kingdom not of this world, it’s a spiritual kingdom(John 18:36), it's a kingdom where Jesus reigns as Lord and King, and those who follow Him will reign with Him (Luke 22:30).

To be a part of this kingdom one needs to repent and turn to God (Matthew 4:17, Rom. 10:19), and let Christ reign over their hearts as Lord (1 Peter 3:15).

It’s an eternal kingdom that is ruled by God (Ps. 103:19, 2 P. 1:11, Dan. 4:3), it’s a kingdom that is above all the kingdoms here on earth (Rom. 13:1), and it’s a kingdom that will be fully established on earth one day (Dan. 7:13-14).

That’s the Kingdom that God will give those who follow Him.

To follow Him you must repent and believe, cause the Kingdom is here now.

“and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” - Mark 1:15
